Events Manager

Diversity Health is a Nashville-based management services organization (MSO) that powers community clinics across Tennessee and Kentucky, including Music City PrEP Clinic and Chosen Family Medicine. Events ManagerAbout the Role You’ll also work closely with Community Relations and Clinic Leaders to keep communication flowing, improve how we plan and execute events over time, and ensure we can clearly measure results and ROI. You can work with what exists today, but you’re excited to help improve how we operate—especially as we participate in the development and deployment of new internal systems for content management and project management. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: • 5–6 years of event management experience, including executing multiple events per year • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders at once • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with internal leaders and external partners • The ability to perform well under deadlines and pressure, with a strong eye for detail • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Tennessee and Kentucky • Willingness to be present at key events across clinic locations
