Position Summary: Provide an exceptional member experience through positive communication, technology assistance, and administrative support. Upbeat and friendly with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsDeadline-oriented team playerAbility to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment and switch direction at a moment’s noticeAct with a sense of urgency and understand the need for responsivenessAbility to complete projects accurately, in a timely manner with minimal instructionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written skills including experience in marketing eventsStrong interpersonal skills including experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of people and organizationsSelf-motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to learnExceptional customer service skillsMaintains communication with outside vendors contracted for a specific eventPrepares and executes a detailed outline of events as neededWelcomes all members and guests with positivity and enthusiasmWrite and manage club communications, including marketing brochures, newsletter, local media, social media platforms, club app, website communication, and maintenance, etc.Other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities: As well as attending Social Committee Meeting, they are required to attend Club meetings as to communicate the planning of future events if necessary. Know your audience as to get the most out of the event.
