QUALIFICATIONS Ability to perform the duties described above. Minimum of five years fundraising experience in a non-profit setting. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Outcome-driven, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities. High energy, flexibility, demonstrated creativity Ability to take direction and work as a team member, while maintaining a positive outlook under pressure. Excellent and effective writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
