Position: Events Experience Manager at BioNJ Trenton, NJ Position background and responsibilities: o Oversee venue selection, work with vendors (such as AV) and manage events finances to deliver events within budget goals o Coordinate speaker experience including all aspects of their participation such as preparation calls and managing ongoing communication with speakers, including requesting photos and bios, organizing logistical details and sending thank you notes o Manage on-site event setup, staffing and logistics to ensure a positive experience for attendees, speakers and sponsors
