Role OverviewThe Wright Success is looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution, and promotion of upcoming in-person and virtual events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in event operations, content creation, marketing, and the rapidly growing crypto and AI industry. You'll work closely with the founder and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to conferences, workshops, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns.
This is a short-term internship (July–October 2026) with an immediate start.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of in-person and virtual eventsAssist with event setup, registration, attendee support, and overall event logisticsCapture behind-the-scenes photos and videos for social media and marketingCreate short-form content during live events (Instagram Stories, Reels, LinkedIn, etc.)Support event marketing and promotional campaignsAssist with content planning, scheduling, and community engagementResearch and identify speaking opportunities at conferences, panels, podcasts, and industry eventsProvide general marketing and administrative support as needed
QualificationsExperience in, or studying Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, Media, or a related fieldBased in the Greater Toronto Area and available to attend in-person eventsStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable interacting with attendees and supporting live eventsInterest in content creation and social mediaInterest in crypto, AI, fintech, or emerging technology is a strong assetReliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
