Events & Partnership Specialist

The Events & Partnerships Specialist plays a key role in managing and executing OnPoint’s internal and external event activations, as well as leading our high-profile sponsorships with OSAA and Live Nation. • Source venues, recommend and engage catering services, acquire necessary technology, and coordinate the development of event materials to ensure the successful execution of high-quality events • Work in collaboration with management to negotiate agreements with suppliers, outside providers, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality. • 4+ years of experience in event planning, partnerships, or brand engagement. • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to lift 40 lbs and travel regularly.
