Events Program Manager

Pay: $50/hr, DOE The Planet Group is seeking a Events Program Manager to join our well-known lifestyle brand technology client on a roughly 14-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule. Events Program Manager Qualifications: • 5+ years Event Management experience, including executing an event from start to finish • Strong project management skills • Value structure in work, always leave a meeting with clear action items and are able to "control the room." Events Program Manager Description: • Act as a project manager for select company-wide employee events • Plan & execute the tactical work and logistics for the assigned program by partnering cross-functionally to create a thoughtful and authentic experience • Coordinate, operationalize and execute complex events on a global scale; most events occur on the same day across multiple locations internationally plus virtual • Lead planning meetings and document all action items and decisions for redundancy; including cross functional workflows with volunteer ERG committees, AV, Internal Comms, Food, Office Operations, etc.
