Events Sales Assistant

The Fennec's five unique spaces: The Main Stage area, The Social, The Cypress, Ramblers Sports Bar & Grill, and The Foxhole Lounge, provide a variety of options to feature special events enhanced by entertainment from regional musicians, coupled with a locally progressive menu. At the Fennec, we are seeking an energetic and well-organized Events Associate to provide support to our Events Sales Manager. Events Associate Responsibilities • Conduct events tours with prospective customers • Review contract details with Events Management for accuracy • Assist in following up with prospects and recording information in Events Management Software. • Assist Marketing with photographing certain events. • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed.
