Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

* **Execute high-quality events:** Provide direction and supervision to responsible operating departments & Team Members during execution of meetings, banquet functions, and events.
* **Create exceptional experiences:** Elevate external and internal experience by proactively serving group and catering customers' needs.
* **Serve as client liaison:** Operate as primary point of contact for client feedback, proactively resolve issues, and communicate all pertinent information in the event of a shift change.
