As our Events Sponsorship Packaging Director, you'll develop strategic, scalable solutions that fuel revenue growth while enhancing the attendee experience across an exciting portfolio of premium consumer and B2B events.

**Key Responsibilities (What You're Doing)**

* Develop scalable sponsorship architecture across Hearst's portfolio of marquee consumer, VIP, and industry events.
* Create integrated sponsorship packages that combine live experiences, digital media, social, branded content, commerce, and custom activations.
* Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Creative Strategy, and Event Production teams to build market-leading sponsorship opportunities.
* Establish sponsorship pricing strategies, inventory management processes, packaging standards, and tiered offerings across the event portfolio.
* Produce compelling sales materials, sponsorship one-sheets, presentation decks, and rate structures that support revenue growth.
* Identify new sponsorship products and revenue opportunities by monitoring industry trends, client needs, and emerging experiential marketing innovations.
* Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure sponsorship inventory is accurately tracked and effectively managed.
* Analyze sponsorship performance and develop case studies and insights that strengthen future offerings and support new business development.

**Qualifications (What We're Looking For)**

* 8+ years of experience in sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, media sales strategy, integrated marketing, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated success packaging large-scale consumer events, media sponsorships, or integrated marketing programs.
* Strong understanding of experiential marketing, branded content, cross-platform advertising, and integrated sponsorship solutions.
* Exceptional presentation, storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance insights to optimize sponsorship offerings.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
* This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, requiring in-office attendance four days per week.

The base salary range for this role is **$116,000–$140,000**. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
