Events Support Specialist

This position requires a service-oriented individual who thrives in independent and team settings, with the ability to create and track forms and spreadsheets. The Events Support Specialist will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, working closely with our marketing event coordinator. The purpose of this role is to support event planning, delivery systems and processes that create welcoming and accessible in-person and virtual event experiences. This individual will assist with year-round in-person events, virtual events at the Medical Center and in the community, which are scheduled on weekdays, evenings and weekends. Pay Range: The hourly rate for this position is $33.26 - $41.58.
