The Marketing & Communications department plays a crucial role in engaging with our audience, supporting community events, and ensuring seamless delivery of information through innovative and reliable systems. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working closely with our marketing event coordinator, the Events Support Specialist will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting a variety of in-person and virtual events across our Medical Center and the broader community. The role involves managing the operational details of events scheduled on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The Events Support Specialist will have the opportunity to grow professionally while playing a critical role in the success of meaningful events that promote health, education, and community engagement.
