Executive Events Producer

The Executive Events Producer will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless execution of all event production activities. This position requires technical versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to event team members. Basic Qualifications • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive producer role.
