Responsibilities include: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the EBC serving as point of contact for internal support services, including security, facilities, A/V, IT, & catering for all customer and internal meetings. Successful Candidate Qualities: • Knowledge and experience in event logistics – corporate focus mandatory • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to create a one-of-a-kind onsite attendee event experience • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality with a sense of humor and upbeat, positive demeanor • Expert in San Jose, CA and surrounding area with a hospitality focus • Will pack, carry, ship, and unload boxes of supplies and equipment Experience: • Corporate event planning or related admin experience: 3 years (Required) Application Question(s): • Are you willing to work evenings and weekends as needed?
