As an Events Specialist and Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting event planning and execution, project management, and administrative tasks. • Key Responsibilities: • Event Planning and Vendor Management: Collaborate with the executive team to plan, organize, and execute various events. • Project Management Support: Manage timelines, resources, and to-do lists to ensure successful project completion. • Administrative and Operational Tasks: Maintain SOP and SLA documentation, create and maintain internal file management systems, oversee day-to-day office operations, and manage office supplies and inventory.
