Exercise Event Planner

SAIC is currently seeking an Event Operations Planner located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM to coordinate and manage exercise training events, produce and manage event support and facility documentation, coordinate and manage virtual collaboration and maintain relevant exercise support data on SharePoint. Job Description • Coordinate and manage virtual collaboration and maintains relevant exercise support data on SharePoint. • Create and present the PWC Facility Brief for each event. • Process travel documents for deployed events as assigned. • Working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Microsoft SharePoint and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
