Exercise Event Planner - Honolulu, HI

This particular position is for an Event Operations Planner based in Pearl City, Hawaii, supporting the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). This is a full-time day job involving coordination and management of exercise training events central to military and defense operations in the Indo-Pacific region. The planner will be responsible for producing and managing event support and facility documentation, coordinating and managing virtual collaboration sessions utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect, and Global Video Services, and maintaining and updating relevant data on SharePoint. The planner is also instrumental in managing exercise and facility SharePoint sites, creating daily event agendas and schedules, processing travel documents as assigned, and playing a coordinating role in managing internal calendars. • Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum five years of related experience • Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and video teleconference meetings • Working knowledge of Adobe Connect and Microsoft SharePoint • Strong problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen
