Exercise Event Planner with Security Clearance

Description SAIC is currently seeking an Exercise Event Planner located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM to coordinate and manage exercise training events, produce and manage event support and facility documentation, coordinate and manage virtual collaboration and maintain relevant exercise support data on SharePoint. * Work with the Event Support team to produce event Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) brief. * Create and present the PWC Facility Brief for each event. * Create and manage exercise and facility SharePoint sites as well as daily agendas and schedules. * Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and establishing video teleconference (VTC) meetings.
