Franchise Events Planning Specialist - US Remote

**Key Responsibilities**
• Event Planning Support — Assist with timelines, task tracking, vendor coordination, and planning documents.
• Logistics Management — Support venue communication, AV needs, catering orders, room layouts, and run‑of‑show updates.
• Registration & Communication — Help manage attendee lists, confirmations, and event communications.
• Onsite Prep Assistance — Coordinate materials, signage, shipments, and event assets.
• Post‑Event Wrap — Support surveys, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
**What We’re Looking For**
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Comfort jumping into events at any stage of planning
• Clear communication and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Experience in events, hospitality, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
**Schedule & Duration**
• Temporary role: December 2026 – April 2027
• Hours vary based on event cycle and workload
• Remote with occasional regional travel depending on business need
