Freelance Event Coordinator – Chicago

This is not a planning-from-a-distance role — this is an in-person, boots-on-the-ground opportunity. We handle ticketing, marketing, and guest communications. You make sure the event runs flawlessly. What you'll do • Source and book venues following our brief • Coordinate with bar staff and any event personnel • Manage check-in and guest flow on the night • Be the on-the-ground point of contact for everything local You're a fit if you • Are based in Chicago • Have run social, nightlife, or corporate events in Chicago • Have existing relationships with local venues or bar managers • Are reliable, proactive, and execution-obsessed • Can manage 100–200 person events independently
