Operational Oversight • Ensure day-to-day operations across all venues run efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with Heyens Hospitality brand standards. Client Experience • Oversee the Client Coordinators responsible for guiding clients through their wedding journey. Ensure clients receive timely, thoughtful communication and that service standards are upheld across all interactions. Facility & Property Oversight • Partner with ,and lead the Property & Grounds Manager to ensure all venues are maintained to brand standards—clean, safe, and visually elevated at all times.
