The Group Sales & Event Manager is a dynamic, client-focused role responsible for selling and servicing small group blocks, and social events. This position plays a key role in driving revenue, building relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events. • Event Planning & Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for booked events, managing all details from contract negotiation to event day execution. • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with banquets, operations, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless group and event execution. Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to guarantee menu accuracy, timely service, and exceptional guest experience.
