The Group Sales and Events Coordinator will provide support to the Group Sales Manager to facilitate group and student tours and venue rentals while delivering a high-quality customer service experience for all guests. They will assist with group tour and private venue event execution, coordination of welcoming motor coaches, logistics of trade shows and community events... attend weekly Group Tours and Operations meetings, professionally represent the National Comedy Center and Lucy Desi Museum. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide on-site support and museum assistance for the execution of all group, student, and private venue events; open and close the museums in the absence of Team Leaders. • Coordinate arrival and departure activities, maintain accurate records for all tour requirements, private events, and school groups while managing final counts and timely follow-up for effective planning and scheduling purposes; assist with the support and scheduling for tour guides. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong communication and collaboration skills.
