The Hospitality & Events Manager plays a key role in anticipating guest needs, responding to requests, and delivering a highly personalized and memorable experience for every guest visiting the store. Partner with the external Hospitality Manager to ensure hospitality personnel across all locations (Time Machine and Meatpacking) are recruited, fully trained and aligned with company service standards Prepare and manage schedules to ensure retail locations are appropriately staffed for all shifts Organize and oversee daily operations to maximize efficiency, including inventory management and replenishment procedures in partnership with the external Hospitality Manager Ensure all events deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and brand presentation.
