Support Services Coordinator Role We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the sales team, including handling special requests and preparing meeting materials. Responsibilities • Meeting Materials: Prepare meeting materials, including presentations, agendas, and minutes • Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including site inspections, familiarization tours, press trips, photo shoots, and other hotel events • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard Essential Skills and Qualifications • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Customer Service: Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
