We're looking for a strategic and creative Director - Event Content to lead content development for Informatica's event programs. You'll work cross-functionally to define and organize content, manage speaker programs, and ensure every session and demo delivers a memorable, on-brand experience for attendees.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end content strategy and development for events, including session allocations, titles/abstracts, staffing, speaker briefs, and presentation guidelinesPartner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales/Tech Sales and the broader Events team to align event content with business priorities and messaging frameworksManage the speaker submission and selection process, including intake, review, and coordination with internal and external speakersDevelop and maintain editorial calendars and 'content-in-a-box' for event programming across owned and third-party eventsCollaborate with creative teams to ensure content is visually and narratively cohesive across formatsAnalyze post-event data and attendee feedback to continuously improve content quality and formatSupport the development of event content for digital/hybrid formats, including session descriptions, scripts, and pre/post contentManage content operations for a flagship annual event, including session catalog, agenda structure, and content tracksServe as the primary content liaison between internal stakeholders and external speakers or partnersBuild and maintain a content taxonomy and session categorization framework to improve attendee navigation and experienceOversee content intake tools and platforms (e.g., speaker portals, abstract management systems) from open call through final deliveryCoordinate with localization or accessibility teams to ensure event content meets global and inclusive standardsMaintain a master content tracker across all event sessions, ensuring accuracy of titles, abstracts, and speaker information through final publishWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in program management, event programming, or marketing communicationsStrong writing, editing, and organization skills - you can translate complex topics into compelling narrativesExperience managing large-scale event content programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExcellent collaboration and project management skillsFamiliarity with event technology platforms and content management toolsExperience with B2B or enterprise tech marketingNice to HaveBackground in product marketing or solutions marketingExperience supporting marquee events (e.g., user conferences, trade shows, virtual summits)Comfort with data - using insights to shape content decisionsExperience managing content for a named, branded event property (e.g., Informatica World, Dream force, etc. Please see our Candidate Privacy Statement for more information about how we use your personal data and your rights, including with regard to use of AI tools and opt out options.Equal Opportunity Statement.Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
