(Internal) Events Coordinator Role

At Bricoleur Vineyards, events are an extension of our estate where wine, food, family, and community come together through thoughtful hospitality. Reporting to the Events Manager, the Internal Events Associate works cross-functionally with Hospitality, Culinary, Marketing, Wine Club, and Operations teams to ensure events are thoughtfully organized and seamlessly executed. Essential ResponsibilitiesEstate Event Planning & Execution • Support the planning and execution of all Bricoleur Vineyards internal events from concept through day-of execution. • Ensure event flow aligns with the rhythm of the estate and daily winery operations. External Event Support (As Needed) • Provide support to the Events Manager on select external/private events when required.
