We’re looking for a junior-level team member to support Maïzly’s growing brand presence through event coordination, influencer management, and social media support across both the US and UK markets. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and events. Key Responsibilities: • Event and Demo Support & Coordination • Track timelines and tasks for trade shows, demos and brand events • Help manage booth equipment, samples, and prep logistics • Occasionally support with local in-person tasks (e.g., picking up/dropping off materials at the office or visiting a store for content) Influencer & Partnership Assistance • Support communication follow-ups for influencer agreements and deadlines • Help track deliverables and ensure they’re being met Social Media Assistance • Schedule and post content [already designed] • Respond to comments and DMs • Help monitor engagement and flag any issues or useful feedback
