Junior Event Coordinator

Our team is growing and we are looking for a versatile and highly-organized junior event coordinator to manage and host our small monthly events and to provide secretarial, administrative and hands-on support for our venue manager and the estate owners. The Event industry can be fast paced and unpredictable, our ideal candidate is someone who is willing to be flexible and is good under pressure when unexpected tasks or stresses arise. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to learn new skills and take on challenges with us as we continue to position Mill Pond as a frontrunner in the event industry. • Assist the venue manager in running venue tours. • Must be available to work weekends.
