Junior Event Planner (Junior Account Coordinator) - Baltimore, MD

Whether it's a performance sport like soccer, or a social activity like cornhole, Volo provides something real. This is a project-based role meaning that your hours are tied directly to the client event you are working on. To complete this job successfully, Junior Account Coordinators should not have more than 2 events per week. To be assigned to a client event, Junior Account Coordinators must be 100% available the day of the event. Planning & Account Admin • Join all client calls, listening in and supporting as needed and directed by Account Manager • Create and keep the note-taking document and client Event Deck for each event up-to-date and relevant • Update Master Operations Document, calendar invites, Staff Shift Document, and others as requested by the Account Manager throughout the planning process
