Our client, a premier event management company, is looking for a dynamic and creative Lead Event Planner to spearhead their operations in Jacksonville, Florida, US . The Lead Event Planner will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, on-site management, and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships. 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio showcasing diverse events.
