We’re hiring a Lead Host / Event Assistant to help manage guest flow and assist with reservation and event communication. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the lead host during shifts, overseeing the flow of guests and maintaining a smooth, welcoming front-of-house experience • Respond to all guest inquiries regarding reservations and private events within 48 hours • Manage and update reservations using our seating software • Provide accurate information about event policies, availability, and booking procedures • Support the event manager by maintaining clear communication with prospective guests and tracking follow-ups • Maintain a professional, guest-focused demeanor at all times This is a part-time position with a mix of hosting shifts and flexible admin hours for communication and follow-ups. Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Are you available to work both Saturday and Sunday every week?
