Caristia is seeking a passionate, organized, and client-focused Lead Wedding & Event Planner to join our growing team.

We specialize in elevated, story-driven weddings and celebrations. Our events range from intimate gatherings to large-scale luxury weddings, and we pride ourselves on creating deeply personal experiences that feel intentional, immersive, and seamless from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and genuinely loves bringing people together.

Responsibilities

Lead wedding and event execution on-site
Manage wedding day timelines and vendor coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors during events
Direct ceremony rehearsals and event flow
Oversee setup, styling, and breakdown logistics
Manage assistants and support staff on event days
Troubleshoot calmly and professionally under pressure
Ensure a polished guest experience throughout the event
Support pre-event planning and logistics as needed

Qualifications

Prior wedding or event planning experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas
Availability on weekends is required
