As a Lead Wedding Coordinator at Leigh & Co. Events, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating weddings that reflect the dreams and desires of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site advocate for the couple, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed and that the wedding day unfolds seamlessly. Working closely with our client experience managers, you will conduct final details calls to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations, lead rehearsals to prepare the wedding party, and oversee all vendor coordination to ensure consistency with the event design and plan. Your calm and solutions-focused approach will be vital in managing any challenges that arise, supporting not only the couple but also vendors, family members, and guests.
Your responsibilities will include managing the setup and breakdown of all ceremony and reception elements, coordinating personal touches like escort cards and favors, and ensuring that all end-of-event items are accounted for and safely packed.
