About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hyper-organized *Live Stream & Event Production Coordinator* to bring elite "clipboard energy" to our live broadcasts. If you have a background running chaotic, fast-paced live sets—whether in traditional live television, esports tournaments, theater stage management, or top-tier creator events—we want you.

This is not a behind-the-desk consulting role. You will be the nerve center of our live broadcasts, physically managing our physical set, queuing guests, and ensuring our technical and creative teams are perfectly aligned in real-time. You are the bridge between the control room (technical) and the stage (talent).

Key Responsibilities

Own the Floor: Manage the physical set, studio floor, and live studio audience (if applicable). Keep a high-energy, focused atmosphere on set.Manage the Run of Show (ROS): Work with the creative team to build, adjust, and execute a tight, minute-by-minute schedule.Direct Talent & Guests: Coordinate guest arrivals, brief them on set procedures, mic them up, and physically cue them on/off camera.Be the Technical Bridge: Wear the headset. Maintain constant communication with the Control Room (Technical Director/Switchers) to sync physical actions with on-screen transitions, graphics, and video packages.Troubleshoot in Real-Time: Solve physical or logistical bottlenecks instantly during live, high-pressure situations without breaking the flow of the broadcast.Who You Are

You anticipate needs 15 minutes before they happen.A Strong Communicator: You can command a room of high-profile creators, technical crew, and executives with respect, clarity, and decisiveness.Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Floor Manager, Stage Manager, Assistant Director, or Live Event Coordinator for live TV, live streaming, esports tournaments, or major theatrical productions.Technical Familiarity: Understanding of basic live production setups (NDI, SRT, wireless audio systems, camera angles, and live graphic overlays).Skills: Expert-level mastery of building and executing a live Run of Show (ROS).
