At NBCUniversal, the Corporate Events Department produces high-impact experiences for clients and C-suite executives across some of the most recognized brands in media and entertainment — from marquee tentpole events and corporate initiatives to brand activations and large-scale client programs. The Corporate Events Manager is an experienced event lead who independently drives small to mid-sized programs from ideation through execution while also contributing to larger-scale events as part of a broader team. Lead small to mid-sized programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliationContribute to larger-scale and high-profile events in partnership with senior team members, owning specific workstreams, logistics, vendors, or operational components within the broader programOversee all aspects of assigned events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, premium sourcing, guest experience, and on-site logisticsPartner closely with internal stakeholders and clients throughout the planning and execution process, facilitating meetings and ensuring clear communication and follow-throughInterface directly with clients and C-suite executives with professionalism and discretionDevelop and track event budgets, process invoices, and support post-event reconciliationNegotiate contracts, track deliverables, and maintain detailed production timelinesCoordinate event registration, attendee communications, and guest management to ensure a seamless experienceProduce or oversee the creation of digital and printed event materials in collaboration with vendors and internal/external partnersTravel domestically and internationally to execute and support eventsProvide on-site support across the department’s broader event portfolio as neededTeam Collaboration & Department Support
