The Field Coach role provides in-store, in-the-field, and on-the-floor coaching for Field Staff, focused on improving behaviors, team performance, and maintaining a focus on the program's initiatives and signup-led conversations. You must personify the ideal Brand Ambassador and Field Manager of this program. Provide in-field post-onboarding coaching support for new markets Work with the Training Supervisor & Regional managers to collect field insights / performance data and use these findings to help guide future training strategies Maintain an understanding of the brand service, its features, and benefits and how this is integrated into conversations with customers
