Manager, Events

This position is responsible for internal and external event booking, site selection, resource coordination, and managing the life cycle of events. Monitor, book and manage Mazevo for campus wide space programming including coordination with IT (Audio/Visual), Facilities Management, Dining services and campus safety and student worker staff to prepare venue for events. Monitor and respond to the [email protected] inbox, (in conjunction with our event coordinator)Provide tours of NCF spacesPrepare contractsManage the life-cycle of external events such as weddings Manager of the campus venue for weddings on the “day of” to ensure the building mechanics are functioning, the property is being respected and is left in impeccable condition after the event has ended. This role requires you to be the last one to leave at the end of the night, taking responsibility for the condition of the building after an event.
