· Handle advisor requests for marketing materials, including customization, and timely distribution of brochures, flyers, digital assets, and branded collateral. • Maintain relationships with marketing vendors such as printers and promotional suppliers. · Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align advisor marketing efforts with firm-wide social media and email marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated campaign execution. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Willing to travel up to 25% of the year.
