This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy. • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Graphic Design or a related field, or at least 2+ years of relevant experience in the field of marketing or event management.
