*ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagementSupport event setup, registration, guest management, and breakdown to ensure smooth operationsCoordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other stakeholders to facilitate event logistics such as catering, contracts, and venue arrangementsEngage with attendees during events to provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback for continuous improvementHelp manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutionsPromote upcoming events through social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing platformsMaintain detailed records of event activities, contracts, guest lists, and post-event evaluations*RequirementsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team membersExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event planning and management tasksAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlinesPrior experience or familiarity with hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, or banquet services is a plusKnowledge of marketing principles including upselling techniques and promotional strategiesExperience in event management or event marketing is desirable but not required; eagerness to learn is essentialBasic understanding of budgeting processes and contract negotiationsCustomer service orientation with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiencesProficiency in time management tools and social media platforms
