Position Responsibilities: Brand IdentityExecute and maintain consistency of the Legacy Advisors brand across all materials, platforms, and communications.Design branded assets including social graphics, email templates, pitch deck materials, event invitations, and print collateral.Serve as the internal authority on brand standards including fonts, colors, tone, and logo usage.Maintain and organize all creative assets and branded templates for firm-wide use.ContentOwn and manage a rolling content calendar, maintained 30 to 90 days in advance across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and the website.Source content proactively from advisors, department leads, and firm leadership.Write, edit, and publish social posts, blog content, and video scripts aligned to the firm’s voice.Plan and coordinate quarterly video content capture days; build and maintain a library of video and photo assets for ongoing use.Drive firmwide social media participation; coach colleagues on LinkedIn posting, resharing, and platform engagement.Track monthly performance KPIs and use data to refine the content approach.Coordinate with the firm's compliance resource to ensure all content is reviewed and approved prior to publication.EventsPlan and execute client-facing and internal events end to end: logistics, vendors, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site management.Develop a content capture plan for each event and produce pre- and post-event social content.Manage event communications through Mailchimp, including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up.Administrative SupportProvide general administrative assistance to support the smooth operation of the firm.Maintain accurate records in internal systems including CRM list management.Assist with meeting preparation, correspondence, printing, and office coordination as needed.Contribute to a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and visitors. 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management; professional experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive deliverables.Strong copywriting and content creation skills.Experience managing LinkedIn content strategy and organic social media presence.Proficiency with design and video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) and basic video editing.Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent) and CRM systems.Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Commitment to Legacy’s Core Values of…Client FirstWork HardExcellencePositive AttitudeRespectAlways Do the Right Thing About Our Firm: Legacy Advisors, LLC is a premier Wealth Management firm headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
