Role Description The Marketing Event Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pensacola Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor and venue communications, overseeing event timelines, and ensuring all materials and presentations support the firm’s brand and messaging. Event Marketing and Event Planning skills to design, promote, and execute effective client-facing events.Event Management experience to oversee logistics, timelines, vendors, venues, and on-site coordination.Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation skills.Customer Service skills to support attendees, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive client experience before, during, and after events.Relevant experience in marketing, events, or financial services; prior work in a client-facing role is preferred.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic marketing software (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or event management tools) is beneficial.Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
