Marketing Event Coordinator

About the Role

The Wedding Ring Shop is seeking an organized, energetic, and creative Marketing Event Coordinator to help plan and execute marketing initiatives, special events, and community partnerships that strengthen our brand and create memorable customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, building relationships, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and execute in-store events, bridal shows, vendor partnerships, and community events.

· Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

· Manage event logistics, schedules, vendors, and communications.

· Support social media, sales team, and event promotion efforts.

· Track projects, timelines, and follow-through to ensure successful execution.

· Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, wedding professionals, and community partners.

· Organize marketing calendars, event schedules, and project documentation.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.

· Support leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Experience in event planning, marketing, or project coordination preferred.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
