Marketing & Special Events Manager

We are an independently owned restaurant group looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Special Events Manager to lead marketing efforts across our restaurant concepts. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple restaurant locations Build and manage the company’s marketing and special-events calendar Create marketing campaigns for restaurant promotions, seasonal initiatives, menu launches, and special events Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, email, websites, and other marketing channels Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent, effective posting schedule Design promotional materials, event graphics, flyers, menus, signage, and digital content Partner with ownership, location managers, and department leaders to identify marketing priorities Manage marketing projects from initial concept through launch and completion Coordinate the promotional and operational details required for successful special events Prepare customer email campaigns featuring events, promotions, and restaurant news Maintain and update website content across restaurant concepts Track campaign and event performance and use results to improve future initiatives Develop clear, repeatable marketing procedures and brand standards Manage relationships with vendors, performers, media partners, community organizations, and outside agencies Help identify new opportunities to increase awareness, guest engagement, event attendance, and restaurant traffic Ensure marketing projects remain on schedule and within approved budgets You’ll have the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of several unique restaurant concepts and see your work come to life in real time.
