Working with the Meeting and Event Planner II, this position provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Director of Events and Operations in the planning and implementation of successful conferences. This position may also assume responsibility for facilitating conference logistics such as conference registration and materials, website/mobile app management and onsite staff coordination, in addition to serving as or supporting the primary liaison for attendees, meeting venue partners and conference presenters. Conference Administrative Duties: • Assists in all aspects of conference management, logistics, and execution. • Assists in the creation and may provide accounting reports to ensure staff hotel rooms are billed to appropriate department budget codes. Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
