Overview:** As a Meeting and Event Planner with Eurest Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Guest Services to clients at our Conference Center. You will manage a team of coordinators and receptionists, ensuring that guests' needs are met with a high level of customer service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work... effectively with various departments to ensure seamless event execution. **Responsibilities:** • Plan and communicate with all departments to ensure customer needs are met • Work directly with the Sales Training Department to arrange and reserve space for trainings and meetings • Act as a liaison between the Conference Center and all customers • Prepare all group service orders using room reservation software • Collaborate with Audio Visual & Conference Services Departments to ensure room set-ups, A.V. needs, and special requests • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Department for food quality, menu maintenance, and assessing customer feedback • Assist the General Manager in analyzing all aspects of the Training Center operation and reporting back on any aspect that does not seem to be functioning properly • Assist the General Manager in creating quarterly Operational Review reports, including PowerPoint slides and data compilation from the space management system • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary if candidate has related conference services experience • At least two years of hotel or conference center experience • Familiarity with industry trends • Superior quantitative, oral, and written communication and problem-solving/strategizing skills • Excellent overall computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in the business • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior • Exceptional customer service abilities • *Benefits:** Eurest Services offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
