A/V experience is required.What this job involves:Manage logistical support on-site with meeting and events teams.Will require A/V technical support as well.Ensure timely updates of Outlook booking systems.Coordinate event setups and requests efficiently.Manage out-of-hours meetings and events effectively.Maintain meeting rooms to agreed standards.Oversee support services (e.g., Technicians, Janitorial, Security).Ensure compliance with EHS requirements.Manage meeting room equipment and liaise with external providers.Liaise with Global Events Support (GES) when needed.Your Profile:You enjoy working in high-profile corporate environments and you already gained past experience in this area.Hospitality experience is a plus, helping us set our events apart.Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial to help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.You effortlessly navigate communication barriers and connect with diverse audiences.You possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office PackYour meticulous attention to detail ensures no aspect of our events or operations goes unnoticed.With outstanding customer service skills, you effortlessly communicate with clients at every level.Your professionalism shines through in every interaction, making you a trusted ambassador for our team and brand.A natural team player, you thrive in collaborative environments and always go the extra mile to support your colleagues.You'll also make long-lasting professional connections through sharing different perspectives, and you'll be inspired by the best.We're focused on opportunity and want to help you make the most of yours.
