Required Skills:

2–4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple events simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding quality, food, and aesthetics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with event planning software or project management tools
Knowledge of AV setup and technical coordination
Creative acumen for décor, themes, and ambiance
Experience coordinating seasonal or large-scale corporate events

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred
Relevant hands-on experience in event planning or hospitality roles

Other Requirements:

This is an onsite position in Durham, NC
Availability to begin ASAP with a 1-year duration
Must be comfortable on-site for setup, teardown, and event execution
Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
