As a CBRE Meeting & Events Planner, you will serve asthe primary point of contact for the planning and execution of large andhigh-profile client meetings, events, and conferences, across multiple offices.This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. Key contact for the day of the event.Responsible for on-site coordination for events, workplace teams and vendors.Oversee the setup, refresh, and removal of food, beverage, and service items toensure smooth operations. Confirmload in, set up time, and verify a certificate of insurance is on file.Communicate with the landlord, as needed. Resolve complex problems and identifyappropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
